To understand what is happening inside your body, we start with your unique biological and lifestyle profile, called your MetaBase. With biomarker blood tests and lifestyle questionnaires we measure the factors that most influence your natural weight-control systems. Over time, you will update your MetaBase with the help of repeat biomarker tests and see your achievements grow quickly across multiple indicators.

MetaPlan

Once your MetaBase is available, one of our specialist coaches will work with you to identify how and why different factors have upset your natural weight-control mechanisms. Together, you create a bespoke programme, your MetaPlan, of regular guidance and coaching to rebalance each factor one-by-one. This is the path to achieve and maintain your weight and well-being goals. You’ll never be alone during your transformation to a healthier, happier, and lighter you.
